I found this an amazing weekend - its like coming home to a way of being which is truly embodied and relational. Peri is an inspiring teacher who has developed a particular form. Freeforming is a practice that brings together many elements of focus, improvisation, close attention to sensory perception and above all the creativity of being and moving with another in the moment. I felt the deep sense of renewal that comes with taking the time to immerse myself in each of the senses - smell, touch, sound, peripheral vision etc. At the end of the weekend I felt so well in my body, grounded and open. I had encounters with other movers which covered so many shades of experience from glorious playfulness, to heartfelt warmth and to vigorous assertion and meeting the other. I will be back for more!

Hallo Peri,

Just met Kristin when she was here in London. I am a student at Goldsmiths this year for MFA studies and are interested in trying the free forming practice.

Can I come already tomorrow, tuesday at 7 pm?

And we met in Tenshinkan in Oslo many years ago in a sword lesson.

Hope to see you and look forward to try this practice.

Best
